Accessing transaction details and invoices

AccountManager's Personal and Billing Information module makes it simple for you to check recent or past transactions and to view and print invoices for selected periods of time.


Viewing transaction details

You can view detailed information about all of your account transactions, including payments, charges and the addition or deletion of account features.

To view recent transactions:

  1. In AccountManager, click Personal/Billing Info and then locate the Payments and Charges Detail box.
  2. Click View Transactions. The Transaction History page appears.
  3. Select a Start Date and End Date for the period of time for which you want to view transactions.
  4. Click View Statement. A transaction overview similar to the following appears.
  5. To view information for a different period of time, select a new Start Date and End Date and then click View Statement again.

Viewing and printing invoices

  1. In AccountManager, click Personal/Billing Info and then locate the Payments and Charges Detail box.
  2. Click View Transactions. The Transaction History page appears.
  3. Select a Start Date and End Date for the period of time for which you want to view transactions.
  4. Click View Statement. A transaction overview appears.
  5. To view or print the actual invoice, click View/Print Invoice at the top right of the page. An official invoice displays in a pop-up window.
  6. To print the invoice, click the Click here to print link or select the File menu and then click Print.
