Updating your billing information

When you signed up for your NetNation account, you selected a method of payment, such as check or credit card, and provided your billing information. If you need to change this information, or select a different method of payment (for example, use a different credit card or pay by check instead of credit card) you can make the necessary changes in AccountManager.

You can pay your bills online using NetNation's One Time Payment Center. For details, see Making an online payment.


To change your billing information:

  1. In AccountManager, click Personal/Billing Info on the main menu bar. The Billing Information box displays your current method of payment.
  2. Click Update Information. The Billing Information Update page displays.
  3. Make the necessary changes to this information and then click Submit Changes.
